Feb 14,2025This year, Swissquote suddenly blocked my debt cards and bank transfer in out. No advance notification. Tried to phone them several times. Still no solution. My debts cards still have around 28000âŹ. I asked them to return the money back to my account if they blocked the cards. But no answer for this issues. Each time call lasts long time and costs a lot money. What they are doing is against the contract i signed with the bank. They answered my above message and said that they send email to me. I didnot receive nothing. If they did send, then please send me the proof for that. I have sent several messages through account message. only receive the answer such as they need time to answer it or they delivery to special apartment, then nothing happened.

Cela fait 3 jours que je n'est pas eu de nouvelles ,rien ! personne a l horizon , ni mail ,ni téléphone ! Quoi dire ! Certainement pas qu'il sont efficaces !

Feb 12,2025Ich habe vor 10 Monaten ein Konto/Depot bei Swissquote eröffnet. Die Eröffnung funktionierte super, jedoch ging es dann fast 14 Tage bis eine erste Ăberweisung sichtbar war, was mich etwas verunsicherte. In der Zwischenzeit bin ich sehr zufrieden, die Plattform funktioniert einwandfrei, der Support genauso. Das Angebot wird stetig erweitert, habe eben auch den Steuerauszug erhalten. Alles in allem super und empfehlenswert! FĂŒr eine Online-Bank ist Swissquote jedoch nicht konkurrenzfĂ€hig. Die DepotgebĂŒhr fĂ€llt zwar nicht ins Gewicht, aber die Kommissionen sind insbesondere an auslĂ€ndischen Börsen sehr hoch. Saxo oder Cornertrader sind um ein mehrfaches gĂŒnstiger. Wenn möglich tĂ€tige ich die Tradeâs aus KostengrĂŒnden ĂŒber andere Depots.

Die GebĂŒhren sind fair und liegen weit unter denen traditioneller Banken. Besonders beeindruckend finde ich den exzellenten Kundenservice, ich erhalte stets kompetente und professionelle Beratung auch bei komplexen Transaktionen. Egal ob ETFs, Gold oder Krypto lief bisher alles reibungslos. Zudem zĂ€hlt SwissQuote fĂŒr mich zu den innovativsten Banken. Ob ETF-SparplĂ€ne oder neue Krypto-Produkte, das Angebot wĂ€chst stetig und bleibt am Puls der Zeit. Einfach grossartig.

Feb 04,2025Their application process is incredibly difficult. 17 times attempted. used a mobile device, used a lap top, used a home PC. Things go wrong at the identification process. Some devices just cant get the image quality they need. There offfice for this service is over subscribed. Their help agents are in a bad mood and some just dont do help after the first email. Volume driven approach. finding another platform.

Auf schriftliche Anfragen erhalten Sie eine Textbaustein Antwort, dass sich eine Fachperson um den Fall kĂŒmmern wird, nur von der Fachperson werden Sie nie etwas hören. Telefonisch landen Sie in der Warteschlaufe, warten 5, 10, 15 Minuten ohne jegliche weitere Informationen. Eine Zumutung sonder gleichen.

Feb 01,2025wollte mich in mein seit Jahren bestehendes Depot - Konto einloggen. Geht nicht. User ID gesperrt. Service nicht erreichbar. Welch eine UnverschĂ€mtheit, dass ich keinen Zugriff auf mein Vermögen habe. Es wurde nichts angekĂŒndigt. Es gab keinerlei Hinweise oder Konversation. Wenn irgendetwas nicht in Ordnung wĂ€re, wĂ€re doch der erste Schritt eine Kontaktaufnahme. Nichts dergleichen. Absolut unterirdisches Niveau!

Jan 31,2025GrundsĂ€tzlich bin ich mit Swissquote zufrieden. Der Kundenservice ist jedoch nicht immer kompetent. So hat ein Herr Zamba klar eine falsche Auskunft bezĂŒglich Kontosperrung bezĂŒglich Auszahlungen gegeben, trotz angeblich interner RĂŒckfrage. Eine erneute Kontaktnahme hat dann ein logischere Antwort ergeben. Die Einsternebewertung gilt fĂŒr Herr Zamba. Offenbar gibt es aber auch noch andere Unzufriedene mit dem Helpdesk. Die Wartezeiten sind oft auch mĂŒhsam.

From cash management to online platform everything is perfect. I even my debit card. And very flexible. The swap and others fees are fair. Jan 31,2025Sehe mich nach einer anderen Bank um die auch richtig funktioniert. War sehr zufrieden bis es mit den Störungen angefangen hat. Ich will Krypto kaufen und plötzlich geht es nicht, weil die app eine Störung hat. Ist nun schon mehrmals passiert, auch nach Updates. Ebenfalls ist es auch schon passiert, dass ich was kaufen wollte und dann kam eine Fehlermeldung, dass der Kauf nicht geht und ich solle es spÀter probieren. Der Kauf wurde dann aber doch getÀtigt. Dies darf bei einer Bank nicht passieren. Sehr schade

Feb 20,2025Swissquote has a solid platform, but the experience leaves much to be desired. The fees are noticeably higher than those of competitors, and customer support is slow to respond. The interface feels outdated, and frequent technical issues, coupled with slow withdrawal processing, add to the frustration. Overall, itâs not the best choice for serious traders.
