May 09,2024In Anbetracht dessen, das ich Swissquote zu wenig und zu selten Nutze , finde ich Swissquote Super. Die Plattform gefällt mir wie sie daher kommt. Mit den Webinaren kriegt man Hilfestellung von Profis was sehr Lehrreich sein kann. Der Zeitpunkt kommt, wo ich mehr auf Swissquote sein werde.

May 09,2024Seit letztem Jahr hat der Service rapide abgenommen. Ich bin seit 2008 Kunde und habe seitdem immer das gleiche Abo, aber Swissquote ist seit letztem Jahr nicht mehr in der Lage bei der Übersicht Schweiz Realtime-Kurse zu liefern. Vorher konnte man auch ab 08:00 Uhr bei der Börse Schweiz die vörbörslichen Gewinner und Verlierer sehen, aber jetzt in Swissquote nicht mehr fähig dazu. Ich verfolge diese Kurse jetzt bei Julius Bär, ist besser.

May 08,2024La nouvelle version de l’application pour les IPhones mise en production il y a une année et demi est insatisfaisante ! L’application se déconnecte tout le temps et à chaque reconnexion il faut faire au moins 6 à 8 clicks pour arriver sur la page qui nous intéresse, respectivement la page « Personal pages » ! Et malgré une dizaine de feedback par téléphone et directement depuis l’application, il n’y a aucun retour ! La seule réponse que j’ai eue avec tous mes feedbacks, c’est « On va regarder » … Autrement la version PC fonctionne correctement comme l’ancienne version.

May 08,2024Die Weiterentwicklung der App finde ich Fortschrittlich und gelungen. Aber leider kann man den Bitcoin nicht CHF kaufen was gebühren für den Kauf vom Dollar verursacht. Die Gebühren dürften noch sinken.

May 08,20241. Les conditions qui m'ont été appliquées ne correspondent pas à ce qui m'avait été annoncé par téléphone. 2. Je pensais transférer mon dossier titres chez Swissquote mais les informations peu claires et incomplètes qui m'ont été transmises suite à l'envoi d'un mail avec un fichier contenant les positions que j'envisageais de transférer m'ont fait renoncer à effectuer ce transfert. 3. Les délais de réponses annoncés ne sont pas respectés Issue 2358018 du 30 mars délai de réponse annoncé de 2 jours, réponse reçue le 5 avril Question: 2394038 du 3 mai délai de réponse annoncé de 2 jours, reste toujours dans l'attente d'une réponse....
