May 07,2024Leider haben die Servicezeiten (Telefonhotline, schriftliche Anfragen z.B. Bestellung von Steuerunterlagen im Support usw. gegenüber vor 2-3 Jahren auf ein absolut unerträgliches Mass zugenommen. Die Algorhythmen von Robo Advisor erscheinen aufgrund der Under Performance gegenüber den dem Benchmarch revisionsbedürftig. Positiv ist der einfache Aktienhandel und das breite Angebot wie Kryptomarkt, ETF, Devisen (auch für Laien gut bedienbar). Übersichtliche gute Handelsplattform.

May 07,2024Per email wurde ich aufgefordert, weitere Angaben in einem Formuler "Weitere Informationen" zu machen. Dieses Formular ist aber trotz mehrmaligem Suchen in meinem Konto nicht auffindbar. Eine Anfrage vom 26.4.24 an den Support ist bis heute (7.5.24) nicht beantwortet worden..... Jetzt wurde das Konto teilweise stillgelegt. Nicht so kundenfreundlich....

May 07,2024Der Service ist einwandfrei, die angebotenen Dienstleistungen ebenso. Die App ist einfach zu bedienen und zuverlässig, die Echtzeitdaten finde ich top. Einzig die Preise für die angebotenen Leistungen sind einiges teurer als bei der Konkurrenz (z.B. Flow Bank).

May 07,2024Neue Themen werden aufgegriffen und durch Online-Sessions werden Kunden unterstützt beim Trading Konto ist übersichtlich finde ich gut Aktien oder Konto Gelder welche verloren wurden sollten einfacher aus dem Konto entfernt werden
