May 07,2024Allgemeine Erfahrung über die vergangenen drei Jahre: Zuverlässig, kundenfreundlich, breite Angebotspalette. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig / wenig intuitiv. Die Dienstleistung ist im internationalen Vergleich relativ teuer, aber Qualität darf ihren Preis haben.

May 07,2024Mittlerweile ist mir Swissquote zu teuer ( Depotgebühr). Neue Produkte wie yuhh werden eingeführt, die Bestandskunden profitieren davon aber wenig. I hab mich entschlossen zur Konkurenz zu wechseln.

May 07,2024C’est dommage que l’application mobile ne fonctionne pas avec Invest Easy. Devoir se connecter à chaque fois via Safari, ce n’est pas optimal. Sinon, le reste fonctionne bien pour mon expérience.

May 07,2024Seit über einer Woche versuche ich eine Zahlung zu machen. Customer Care verspricht Antwort. Bis heute nicht erledigt. Es gibt aus meiner Sicht absolut keinen Grund Zahlung zu sperren. Die Problemlösung ist zeitlich völlig inakzeptabel.
