Jun 05,2020The item item I bought was a Laufen Pro toilet seat and cover. The item was the best price due to Taps Empires free delivery. It was a like for like replacement of a broken seat and it comes with the fixtures and fitting too. All in all very happy with price and quickness of delivery. Would highly recommend Taps Empire

May 19,2020I ordered a toilet seat and lid which was delivered very quickly, unfortunately the lid had been damaged in transit. I reported the damage to Taps Empire and within a couple of days they arranged with the supplier to replace the damaged item and it arrived in much better packaging and in perfect condition I was really impressed that Taps Empire took so much bother to make sure their customer was happy with the service they provide.

May 12,2020I placed an order a week ago and was told the item would arrive in 2-3 days. A week later the item still isn't here. I waited as there are obviously delays to be accepted in the current climate and enquired. The response I received was along the lines of, refer to the email confirm the item will arrive in 2-3 days! Well I wouldn't be chasing the item if was a) within that time frame b) delivered! The contact number has a message to email them, but that obviously hasn't got me anywhere. Very disappointed as I now have a bathroom without a basin and no idea what to do. I order from elsewhere, and this turn up, I'll have to go through the headache of explaining why one has to go back. PLEASE TAPS EMPIRE, HELP ME OUT!!! I just want the sink....

Thought it was going to be a major disaster but the missing part was supplied & delivered the very next day. Would definitely recommend!
