Selling items that you do not have stock of is a poor selling practice and I will think twice before ordering from this company again.

Quick service - however no exchange policy. So I have to go through a system to get a return number. Return a product then pay again for the same product but with a shorter spout. So I am over £360 extra out of pocket whilst I wait up to 2 weeks for my money to come back. When all I want to do is drive up to the show room and swap one tap for another.

Ordered a new shower, took 6 weeks to arrive. Ended up arriving beginning of new year so impossible to book the plumber until 3 weeks after it arrived. Shower wasn’t compatible, not their fault but what happened to customer service and they wouldn’t accept the item because it’s outside of their 14 day return policy...shocking!! £290 for a shower I can’t fit. How many people order bathrooom items and don’t get to install them within 14 days? Wasn’t even offered a credit!! Order from them at your peril!!

Need more stocklines available. I couldn't get the tap matching the shower valves I just ordered. Small point, but I would have ordered both through you.

Had to cancel the order after 15 days of waiting for the product. They continously changed the delivery date pushing the date back. This delayed the installation of my kitchen.
