Jul 13,2019Very good monobloc kitchen tap set. Exactly the same in appearance as my last set that lasted 15 years. Tried to obtain a small discount but Mr Jobsworth said not even a penny less. Sad but there you go.overall, very good experience etc

Jul 08,2019I ordered a tray which appeared to be in stock; a week later it turned out it wasn't, and I could cancel my order or wait 3 more weeks. It did arrive after 3 weeks. The website shows very exact measurements for the shower tray (JT), to 0.5mm. The drain point on the tray has variations up to 3mm, so the drain doesn't fit. No real aftercare by Tapsempire.

Jun 25,2019Bought a £200 shower valve. Turns out it doesn't fit my bathroom which was only discovered once the old shower was taken off the wall. Taps Empire won't offer a refund despite it still being brand new in the box, as it's beyond their 14 day return policy. No flexibility or offer of exchange was given. Now I'm £200 out of pocket with a useless valve they could've easily sold again. I need to replace my entire shower unit now, and eventually the whole bathroom, but won't be shopping with Taps Empire given their unnecessarily strict policies and prioritising monthly profit over customer care.
