Apr 12,2022My partner bought a drink (shocking price at £2.99) for a 500ml apple juice. I know it is tourist prices but still my goodness me. After leaving the shop, the shop owner/manager accused him of not paying for the drink. We immediately decided to get our money back. I am not being accused of stealing something. He then told us that he did not accuse us but said “Oi did you pay for that” that in my eyes is accusing. Awful awful customer service. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

I could not ask for more…except free shipping (!) which will not happen as they are located in Scotland! The quality of my item was superb!!! Thank you Tartan Weaving Mill!!!!!!
