Reordered a bigger size on Christmas Day and got an email response to telling me that order was received and will be picked up Monday 27th December. Honestly didn’t expect an answer email but got one and not automated. Customer service like no other. JR

Dec 17,2021I was looking for a scarf for myself(Christmas present). I found not one, but 2, perfect ones at "Tartan Weaving Mill". Then I came to Trust Pilot and I read the one ⭐️ reviews. I decided not to go forward but for 3 days my heart was at the 2 beautiful scarf left in my basket. I saw that you can pay with PayPal and I decided to carry on and to place my order. I just thought that I can open anytime a claim with PayPay. On 12.12.2021 I placed the order (I paid for the Postage and packaging £3.99) on 16.12.2021 I received my order. They used RoyalMail track and trace so all the time I knew where is my order. The scarfs are beautiful 🤩. They are like a dream: soft and the colours are amazing. They are both beautifully and carefully wrapped. I couldn't recommend more this company. The one ⭐️ reviews have nothing to do with my experience with this company. It is a genuine company located in Edinburgh, Uk. I didn't contacted customer service since everything went so smoothly.

Dec 17,2021They try to sell the non-existing stock and get people pay for items that they don't even have! They promise delivery in 3-5 working days but in my case after 3 weeks still no sign of any delivery, so I cancelled. Waste of 3 weeks of my time. I made an online purchase from this company on 24th November and get charged straightaway. Despite they promise delivery within 3 - 5 working days, they never delivered anything, when I queried about it on three different times I was told repeatedly that "the order was with the pickers, the pickers trying to pick them from the stock". When complained about the delay, the customer services person even told me "Yes it was unacceptably long wait, and that if it was him in my position, he would have cancelled the order long ago". Their own customer services personnel even don't have any faith in the company. I cancelled my order on 15th December. Never will attempt to buy from your company again.

Dec 13,2021Terrible communication (until I emailed after two weeks with no dispatch notification) both my items I ordered were christmas presents. A day later I got an email saying that part of my order had been dispatched...I emailed them again to ask where my other item was, I got a notification stating I will receive a refund as item unavailable.

Dec 04,2021Website states goods will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. It’s now 7 working days since I placed my order and I’m still waiting for my order to be dispatched. No one replies to emails. I phoned and they said they didn’t know when it would be dispatched. I’ll not be ordering from them again. Update - their response is that they’re too busy to send me what I paid for. In fact they don’t even know if they have the items to sell in the first place. Do not buy from this website. Scammers.

Nov 02,2021I stumbled upon the Tartan Weave Mill website by accident looking for a cashmere cape, and I am glad I did. The selection of capes and different weaves is exceptional. I ordered a tartan cape in navy and could not be more satisfied. The quality of the cashmere is very good and the cape is very well made. I liked the cape so much, that a couple of weeks later I ordered a beautiful cashmere wrap. Again, very satisfied. Both items shipped very quickly and were delivered way before expected date.
