Sep 11,2024It is with deep regret that I share my disappointing experience with Tax Rise. Approximately a year ago, I engaged with a representative from the company, signing up and financing $8,000 for their assistance in reducing a $30,000 debt with the IRS. The promises made were clear and convincing, suggesting that Tax Rise would provide the necessary support to alleviate my financial burden. However, a year has passed, and I find myself in the same, if not a worse, financial situation. The $30,000 debt with the IRS remains unresolved, and I now also bear the additional burden of repaying the $8,000 I financed to Tax Rise. This experience has demonstrated that Tax Rise is willing to say anything to secure your money, but fails to deliver on their commitments and resolve the issues as promised. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend against using Tax Rise. Their inability to uphold their end of the agreement and to meet the standards they set is a clear indication of their unreliability and lack of integrity. Sadly, Tax Rise did not only fail to resolve my financial issues but also added to my financial stress. Thank you, Tax Rise, for being a company that did not hold up to your end and standards.

I had to pay those $6000 for their service did the whole process with them came to agreement said I owe $500 a month and they took money out of my account so three months later they called and said one of peoples and RS made mistake. And now they want a lump sum of 33,000 I told them I want the name of the person who made mistake and I want to itemize breakdown of everything. Of course I didn’t get neither one of them. They want me to take Lone out against my house. I’m trying to get out of dead not in debt from this day for that amount of 33,000 is wrong. What I have on my black-and-white does not add up to 33,000 stay away from this.
