Aug 28,2024Absolutely not helpful, promises and reality were two different things. Dragged my case for a year while I was still being charged penalties and interest. No responsive, had to keep calling and had 4 different agents. Nobody called from the company to tell me my agent is no longer there until I called, emailed and found out then. Total waste of money, resolved my case directly with IRS. I would never hire them ever again.

Aug 28,2024So far so good they’ve been pretty fair with me. The only problem is there timely callbacks takes in a while. And they set a portal up for you to look into. I had to change my email address and now it won’t recognize it and they don’t know how to back, and fix it

Aug 27,2024An absolutely horrendous experience. I paid close to $8,000 and they left me hanging, promised they would assist in getting taxes reduced, drug their feet, and they did not respond to me for a year. Called me 2 months ago advising I owed over $10K and when I said I wanted to write a check and be done with it, it took them another 2 months and now I owe $12,000. Stay away from this company.

Aug 29,2024Jana Stoner called and got me motivated to get on getting this tax debt done, I was in fear of how much I would owe while also in fear of getting levy on my paychecks from the IRS, believe it or not lead to procrastination but when I spoke with her not only was she comforting that we will get this done to where it made me feel everything was going to be ok, while at the same time somehow push me to get those documents together that I dreaded the thought of having to get together, somehow she made it seem not that hard, thank you Jana Stoner! Now I just hope the settlement goes well, thanks for everything including the experience of you working with me to get this done.
