The agent that I talk to was very friendly and definitely recommend using this service anybody who’s having tax trouble.

Sep 13,2024This company is deceiving! Never answer the phone; One person says they are your contact person that helps you but each time you end up with a different person. They say one thing but don't actually help you with anything. But they want $6000 to do nothing that we couldn't have done ourselves. We could've paid that toward our tax debt! And if we had not called the IRS ourselves to find out Taxrise NEVER set up our installment with them. Now we are further behind!!!!!!!!!!!

Sep 19,2024I would have appointments that they never showed up to. The person I was working with often used the excuse that their meeting went overtime. They strung me along for months, with no progress. Nothing got done! There were some hints of progress, but nothing ever got sent to the IRS. When I called the IRS they told me they would string me along until they were paid in full. They told me it would take 6-10 months. The IRS completed it in 3-4 weeks. Don't pay them a dime. You can do this yourself. Also they say they stop the IRS collections and never did.
