This week, for the first time that I can remember in my internet life, I received a notice from them telling me they would be performing some network upgrades. I can't ever remember having received a similar notice from their competitors! That says a lot to me about treating the customer well. I'm so pleased to have switched over to Telcan!

Nov 24,2024Basically, setup was easy, because I could use my own modem. Prices were reasonable per month (also I do wish there was a way to pay through my bank). As for performance, I only needed a slower connection around 15 mbps, but the response time is good, and I find there is very little latency. A happy customer basically.

Oct 07,2024I have been Telcan customer for 3 months now. My experience with the service has been great. The ordering process was very efficient and quick. The setup of the internet was easy ( I did it in less than 30 mins.). The billing is clear with itemized details. The internet speed is faster than I expected. I did not encounter any problems with the internet service. I recommend Telcan if anyone wants a reliable and resonable priced internet service.

Aug 10,2024The modem doesn't connect properly via wifi, therefore you are stuck with slow and service that is not reliable. Ie. can't load a webpage or use my smart tv. Any time you call to get help about the issue they say your modem is getting a signal therefore there's no problem. They finally sent me a "new" refurbished modem that was so banged up it looked like it had skidded down the asphalt. I was assured that they only use refurbished modems for all their customers and they are "fine". I connected said modem and the problem was worse than with the original one. Suffice to say this discount internet company is not worth the savings.

Aug 07,2024Very affordable. Dirt cheap. The service is indistinguishable from a more expensive provider. My internet just went out and someone was available on an online chat almost immediately. When you call, you are speaking to someone almost immediately. I did have to contact them a few times but I was up and running again in 24 hours.

Jul 02,2024Telcan admitted that I never was a client. However, I continue to get two calls every day, threatening me because of “ lack of payment “, and “failure to return equipment “. Whenever I tried to talk to someone I got some gibberish, and the calls continued coming. This has been a nightmare for months now, and I don’t know how to stop this craziness D. Saal
