Jan 26,2023Good internet, but dint like the hastle i went trough for a speed upfrade.i got billed 280$ for a ups driver who never showed up to pick up my old modem and had to jump through major hoops to get the bill removed.

Jan 25,2023The internet speed sometimes is slower than what I have been promised. It sometimes gets to 20 to 30 Mbs while I was promised a speed of 50 or close to it. On Jan 11, it got to 13 Mbs

Jan 24,2023The connection works well. Customer service requested I select the 2G network instead of my 5G. It was freezing and loading for days. Then I finally switched the networks and all is good.

Jan 26,2023I was unsure at the beginning because I didn’t know any other companies but Bell and Rogers. But It’s been working amazing for me, from the delivery of the modem, the technician who came to install it, to the service in general. Everything is good, I’ve never had a problem with it, it’s a very quality network. This is my first time hiring my own internet so if this is your first time as well I strongly recommend it.
