Sandra Macias was extremely helpful in getting me back on line. It took over 37 minutes but she never lost her composure even though I was getting frustrated. She is truly a valuable employee and should be recognized for her professionalism, and if I may add a pay raise.

I paid for the upgrade and have spent 4 of the last 5 days on the phone trying to get even basic service. Today, I spoke to Alex and he was finally able to get me connected properly and was very professsional. I suggest you ask Alex what he did to fix my issue and have him train the rest of the people I spoke to previously.

The IT support person- Ashley was SO help in getting me logged into the internet! He did not leave me hanging, he waited until I was fully logged on & connected. I give him more than 5 stars! 10 Big Stars to you Ashley!!! Thank you so much for all your support

Alex was faced with a difficult problem when I tried to add a 2nd device. I had changed 2 devices since my last camping experience and the old info kept appearing. He patiently sorted the whole thing out for me. I am well pleased. Wenda

This is the first time we used this in the park we are staying at and we had a small problem with the download speed. But when I called, I was able to resolve my issue with ALEX - he was very knowledgable and very patient with me as I manuevered through the process (which was not long at all). Thank you to Alex for helping a grandma get through this! A+ Experience!!!!!

The Internet tech was wonderful and patient and it worked out as far as being able to get on line. The service is in and out quite a bit. Hope they figure out a better system!!

We have been trying for 2 days to reach tengointernet given they advertise 24/7/365 customer support. Update … We finally heard back from customer support and they fixed our internet issue completely, only wish it hadn’t taken 2 days. Dan

I would like to commend Malcolm Richburg for his exceptional professionalism. He was competent, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable in this field of internet technology. The problems with my connectivity was no easy task ton remedy since the Wi-Fi at Santee Lakes was not properly bridging. From my professional perspective Malcolm needs to be thanked for his service with TengoInternet. Thumbs Up!

I wanted to Let Evan was a huge help! Incredible patient while helping try to upgrade my Tangointernet service. My phone could’nt link in to get it set up. He stayed on the phone and troubleshooted For 50 minutes with me. When I got I started from with everything he taught me. I finally got in upgrade. Thank you Evan you are amazing. Give him a raise he deserves it. Best Regards

Alex was very helpful and professional unfortunately he had to elevate the issue to another level above him. There was an issue with the operation of the pole we were connecting to. Have not heard anything since it was elevated. Don’t know the status.
