Sandra was able to add our new digital frame quickly with the MAC address. Previously one of your kind employees informed us we needed one. So we ordered a better frame and Sandra got us all set up!
We have been using TenGo through our RV Resort for about 14 months up to now, and have very spotty service. Usually, the WIFI would go down every Sunday or Monday, then come back. This time it was down for 2 days. I contacted the TV support and ROKU, No help. Roku suggested I call the internet provider. Through the RV Resort office I got the phone number for TenGo. The result was solid help, in about two minutes of conversation, the Tech asked for the MAC address to enter into their system. Subsequent to entering the codes, the WIFI now works very well. Funny thing I don’t get was, our I-phones never lost WIFI when the TV did. I am a Happy Camper now.
I am in a RV park and I opted to pay the additional, monthly price of $29.99 for the upgrade. I had to call in tonite to figure out why my TV was not connecting and was assisted by Ashley who was so patient, friendly, knowledgeable and proactive in fixing my issue. What an awesome deal for great internet on multiple devices provided by superior customer service.
Wish I could give a lower rating! It has been 10 days with no internet and no TV. We have called every day and have 3 different stories! First Tengo needs to order a part. Oh, part has been ordered but we don’t know when it will get here. Oh, the PARK has the part. The maintenance at the park cannot install it. Tengo will send someone to install the part, but we don’t know when that will be. Next, Tengo tells us everything is working fine!! No it’s not!! No changes at all. Tengo says, we can’t do anything else. If it is working fine, why did you order a part?? We just went and spent $150 on movies! That will be our entertainment til we leave this park. Tengo, please do not respond with the same line you have in every other review. It makes you look stupid to have the same response repeated over and over
Alex made sure to help with all the questions and was well versed on the topics we needed to address.
Evan was very helpful as we are not very good with new technology. He was very patient with us and he took the time to make sure that we understood every step of the way to get going with our internet
I submitted a billing complaint and immediately received an automated response to the effect that they were working on it. Their next communication was "How did we do?" As far as I know you closed the ticket without doing anything.
Tengointernet contracted with superstition sunrise RV park to provide internet and charged me for PREMIUM internet but their signal is so weak oyu cannot connect or if you do it takes 3 minutes to load a page if it dosn't kick you off in the middle of loading.This is the same thing as last year and my neighbors all have the same problem (near space # 315) I have currently driven up to the clubhouse to get a good enough signal to write this reveiw. I paid for Premium streaming speed internet and I cannot even surf the web with this crappy signal!
I called on a Saturday night . The gentleman was very helpful and patient. Was a pleasure to have him help me connect my smart TV.
We had been experiencing problems with extremely slow internet, especially when trying to stream. Shoyws would play for a short time then glitch followed by the ever ending circle. A call to Tengo & Alex walked me through the steps to correct the situation. Alex was friendly & patient & had the internet working.

Even though I called a 3 am, the Tech was polite and and assisted me in setting up two tvs. Great Job.
I appreciated Alex V’s help to sort out why I was not seeing the performance I was supposed to be getting with my internet connection. It turned out to be some issues with equipment/software on their end. He got it fixed while I waited, then helped me verify it was working well and also helped me connect my streaming device.
Wifi goes out EVERY SINGLE DAY. I have requested they come to the campground to check the equipment as there is obviously an issue and they still have done nothing. My bill should be cut in half since the wifi only works half the time.
The best information about the towers for the internet. Technicians are always available and speak clearly. Thank You so very much.

Tengo fixed the issue right away. The rep, Evan, is very knowledgable and since i am not very "computer" savy he was kind and patient to walk me through things. He pinpointed a couple of issues and i was back up and running quickly. Thanks Evan - now i can enjoy my weekend!

Jan 04,2023agent solved my connectivity issue. However, I had to remind him TEN times to please please speak slower and he only complied once, almost sarcastically slow. He did a good job fixing problem but working with him was frustrating and his tone was dismissive - very irritating. He could use a little customer service brushing up as he would not comply when i kept repeating I was over 70 with a hearing problem as the speed of his speech was GARBALED on the phone. He fixed the problem, but it took much longer as i had to request he keep repeating and slower; he never slowed down, just repeated with an "attitude" in his voice.
