Jul 09,2019I wish I could say the positive reviews the other people are saying. With the service we get, I can't imagine anyone having a positive experience. I have called numerous times and I am told this is an outside setup that has to penetrate the walls. This is an RV, how thin do the walls have to be? We were getting our netflix for 2 months than wham....no connection and he tells me the tv can't pick up the signal. This is our only option that doesn't break the bank. I just don't know what to do. THIS IS AN UPDATE. Paul from tengo internet called me this morning and with his help we were able to fix the problem and it works great. Thank you Paul.

Jul 03,2019I always have a problem with this internet i really wish i could like it but anytime it resets or power goes out (it happens quite frequently) it is on but no devices can obtain the ip address. Then when i finally do a week later it only has 2-3 mbps which is extremely slow for any service.

Jun 26,2019TengoNet is a complete scam. The RV parks get it basically for free because the ads that run on it. I am in a large RV park for days it has been pulling 2.3 megabits. There is only 21 people in here but the park has over 100 lots. Tengo is no help when you call in,.

Apr 20,2019Elisa has been consistent in wanting to improve our ability to provide a higher service to our customers. The upgrade process up to this point has been seamless. She has always been available and has proven to respond in an appropriate amount of time. She has also been a good educator on how to run reports to gather data which we can use to improve our business. The only area which could use improvement in my opinion is a more detailed instructional flyer that is passed out to the guest when they are trying to login. Currently it is a lengthy process to explain which most people have a hard time comprehending. The current flyers for some reason seem hard to obtain, only because the link does not work and a phone call is required.
