We have installed over thousands of WiFi networks throughout North America, successfully connecting millions of consumers. We serve our valued customers from our corporate headquarters in Austin, TX and our network operations center in San Antonio, TX.
it is the sorriest wifi service that I have ever tried to use I gave up and am using air card can't even use the internet with your wifi
Great coverage at 49'er RV Park but speeds a tad slow
I felt like over all you got the job done. We received WiFi access for all of our stay. Which was great, but I didn't like wasting time trying to re connect every day. Other than that it was fine.
The service in the few RV parks that I have used this WIFI have been difficult to connect to as well as being extremely slow. It get so frustrating that I needed up turning it off and using the week signal from my phone provider
Easy to access. Directions are simple and service was reliable.
I found the initial set up to be very user friendly and the service to be excellent. This was such a nice benefit to have included with my stay.
While we very much appreciate having the availability of internet and wifi service while camping in our 5th wheel trailer, we find Tengonet services slow, unreliable and cumbersome to work with. We hope with time, this service can improve and strengthen.
This was the wifi we were provided with at an RV park near Disneyland. It worked better than most wifi provided to you at other RV parks. It reconnected easily about 70% of the time, other times it required the effort to re login to the network. Speed was usually pretty good, again better than what you often are provided while traveling.
Easy to access & great reception.
The service at Anaheim RV resort worked okay, the South Forty, Rio Bend and Cocopah are terrible.
Easy to use. Inexpensive for the value I get continuing personal contacts and getting news. If we are on the road long enough, paying bills becomes a few minute operation.
It just works!.....like it is supposed to!!
Wifi only worked part time & with certain websites/apps. It wasn't fast enough to back up my phone or to watch YouTube, but it worked to load emails. Very off & on.
Better than most RV Parksπ
I was at an RV park in the foothills of California and I was never able to sign on. Several other campers in our group had the same problem.
Our experience with wifi at RV parks is that it is very spotty. Sometimes we struggle to connect only to find that once connected it is difficult to download data resulting in a rapid battery discharge. Our experience at the Vineyard RV Park was better than most parks but still at times frustrating.
Extended We are staying at the park for an extended time. Network has been very Good during our stay. But when the park is busy the network is very hard to use until late at night or early morning because of heavy use by other guests. Just have to be selective in using network when park is busy with guests.
Worked like it should
Had trouble streaming movies.
