Apr 16,2024I paid $117 for some boxwood plants , I got these tiny 2 inch long barely alive sticks in the mail... nothing like was in the picture or described... I could have bought these little things for $40 elsewhere... I emailed with my dissatisfaction and al they said was we do not take returns...

Apr 10,2024Took longer than I thought it should for delivery. The ferns look real bad but I planted them anyway. I sure hope they were just dormant and they grow. It was a lot of work for this old man to plant 20 of them.

Apr 07,2024I placed the order on 3/22, it was shipped on 4/1 and delivered 4/3. A little slow considering the delivery address was about 30-40 miles away. Plus, it was supposed to be BOGO; I ordered 3 and they shipped 5. The online Q&A was not very friendly and they said only 4 would be shipped. Probably will not order from again. Very expensive also.

Apr 06,2024Ordered bare root plants which were promptly shipped and received. Roots looked pretty sparse (not like pictures in video). After sixty days, no sign of life was observed, so I tried to contact the seller. Calling telephone number reached a looped message instructing caller to send an email including specific information. Sent that email and received an automatic response with the same instructions as the looped message. No human contact. This vendor should be considered "non-responsive".

Apr 05,2024Very bad business, no future! My order should have two items, but they sent me only one and it goes mouldy already. Last year I ordered 3, but they only sent me 2, is this another way they steal the money from the customer? All the items they sent are garbage, not live plants, beware of your money. Check the BBB, you will find out this is a SPAM company

Apr 16,2024The trees I purchased haven't woken up yet, but they arrived healthy and appeared to be alive. I don't know if it was on purpose, but there was an extra included, which I'm very thankful for. It was easy to order these trees and they shipped quickly. Thank you! *One thing, if possible, using a box that is firmer wouldn't be a bad idea. The box was smashed badly and open when I received it, but the trees were not damaged.
