61 year-old Nursery: trees, shrubs, perennials, moss, ferns and natives at online-low grower prices. Ships to all states.
They have a great selection and buying online was easy. I bought one paw paw tree and got one free. The trees are sent dormant and healthy and ready to grow. The packaging was just enough without being too much.
Took 30 days to get my trees. I had to reach out to them. Didn’t even get an order confirmation or order number.
Order has not shown up. Has asked for two reviews
Listened to My delivery needs. Wish the planting area was listed in the ad. Plants arrived very healthy
Quickness. But…. It does not say what kind of persimmon trees were sent!
Items arrived as advertised. It is too early to tell if the plants will do well as I just planted them when they arrived. They appeared to be healthy when they were planted. Time will tell.
Rooted ivy stock. Waiting to see growth. Will need a week or two to see progress.
Love the selection of ferns and they look very healthy. The last shipment before this also is coming up well❤️
Most of the plants were weak. Some already wilting.
I ordered lily pad and what I got was 2 dead weeds.
Bought/paid online. After 2 weeks and no delivery I contacted seller. Very helpful and polite. Trees arrived 1 week later with a bonus tree included.
Big fan of the BOGO! Haven't planted the trees yet but will be giving them a new home soon. Plants arrived as expected.
the Black Cohosh and ferns had the aesthetic appeal of burying dead rats.To date, nothing has grown. I understand the rationale of your handling and shipping but I prefer buying plants from local nurseries.
Corms were in Perfect condition! I left them outside in indirect sun for a day and they sprouted perfect fiddleheads! I planted, covered lightly in leaf mold and today they are visibly sprouting!!!!! It has been rainy and warm so hopefully they get established before June/July heat arrives!!!! Looking forward to more purchases!!!!!
Tree has surved the winter. Plan to wait until it is Berger to plant in yard. Good buy
Plants seem fine when they finally arrived. They are now planted. My only issue was the time it took to receive them.
Very easy to order with a wide variety of plants to choose from. They arrived in a timely manner. I ordered 2 each of 3 different plants. However, when the order arrived, there were 9 different root systems all in one small brown bag but none of them were labeled! I was hoping to plant one of each variety in a different bed but I don't know which is which.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT MANY POSITIVE REVIEWS SEEM TO BE MADE BEFORE PEOPLE HAVE EVEN REC'D TREES, or potentially AI GENERATED**** I have a small farm, we budgeted a chunk of money to plant an orchard this year. I made quite a large order of fruit trees. Among them were 10 native persimmon trees, Having read reviews I made sure to include in the notes "NO SUBSTITUTIONS". I was sent 10 Tulip poplars instead, and while they are native, they are in no way a fruiting tree. I have a whole stand of Tulip Poplars on my property and would never spend money on trees I have in plenty. Additionally the tulip poplars I received were MOLDY on the roots, not rotten, but moldy. I have emailed TWICE with NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER from TN Nursery regarding this swap or a refund. They do not provide a phone number but I will be attempting to call them, as well as disputing with my bank. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, and No Consideration for what I paid for and my explicit written notes. I also ordered three Native PawPaws, they arrived with ROTTEN ROOTS. I have planted them, but feel uncertain that they will survive. I photographed these and also video'd my unboxing. Many of the trees arrived in reasonable shape, however the paper strips accompanying the trees in the box were no longer damp , they were almost completely dry. The other trees appear alive, and are in suitable size for the most part. Two of the varieties they sent an extra tree. I was hoping to leave a glowing review and to be a returning customer, unfortunately, without remedying the current situation, I cannot do either. As many have said, Buyer beware. Purchase at your own risk. DO not expect follow up.
My 2023 order from them went well, but spring 2024 not so good. 25 trees and shrubs ordered, $800. Scrawny specimens. Only 60% of them have budded out two months after ground planting in excellent soil. They gave me store credit for three dead trees, But on my replacement order, the credit code did not take, and my credit card was charged additional $85, and replacement trees haven’t arrived. The customer service rep could care less, if she responds at all to emails
