Jan 19,2024You sent me 5 yards of moss in the middle of below zero weather, with no instructions about what to do if I couldn't plant the moss right away. I think you should have held my order until the weather was right, or at least told me what to do w/ the moss in the meantime. I have no idea if the moss is still viable.

Jan 19,2024The trees are better than I expected, though a little later than expected. This may turn out to be a good thing in that I have decided to pot them until after the effects of the current frozen winter storm subside.

Jan 18,2024I recommend TN Nursery. I received paw paw trees which didn't survive. They gave me credit for the trees. I decided as a get away that I would drive up to the mountains and pick the replacements up. They are located in the middle of nowhere. I meet the owners son and staff. They are a lovely group of hard working people. And it was a nice getaway from Atlanta. Rev. Jack

Jan 17,2024Have not planted any yet--they're in the refrigerator. Ground here is frozen solid. As of 1-18-24: Decided to plant in pots. Per YouTube instructions checked viability by immersing all acorns in water. Every one floated, indicating non-viable!!! I am distressed. Don't know what to say.

Jan 16,2024The plants were sent to a physical delivery point. They were NEVER DELIVERED TO ME and were sent back to you! I have no plants nor do I have a refund! I listed my address as I do for every order and they did not get here! Please either resend to my PistcOffive Box 67 in Louisburg IR REGUNDCTHE MONEY!

She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. So, I ordered the trees and received them 2 days later. They were packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. Jan 13,2024I ordered 10 Beech and they sent a few extra. They arrived protected in a box with sufficient wetting material in just a few days after I ordered. The dry root trees looked viable, with tap root not cut too short and plenty of side roots. I feel confident that I'll get a good survival rate this spring.
