Jan 11,2024Took months for whole order to arrive. Followed up on trees in the Fall, was told order would be shipped out in November/December. Followed up again in January to be told it never was shipped. When asked to be refunded for the trees, I was threatened with a 20% refund fee even though Tennessee Wholesale messes up. I still wished to move forward with the cancellation and get refund. Suddenly 24 hours later my trees were shipped and no response back on getting my refund.

Jan 11,2024I only took a star off because they originally sold me a tree they didn't have. But they did make it up by swapping it with a tree they didn't have when I ordered, that I wanted. I got an extra the last time I ordered from them so... I'd make it half a star if I could.

Jan 10,2024I was sold a Loblolly pine “tree”. What I received looked like a very small loblolly branch that was picked up off the ground after a storm and was rooted in a bucket of water. To say this looked like Charlie Brown’s Christmas tree would be kind. I purchased one that was supposed to be 3-4’. What I received was something that was more than 3’ but then cut to fit in a 3’ box. Very disappointed with this purchase. I’ve purchased trees from other online nurseries and actually received trees. Shocking!

I am an older "Tree Farmer" so I may not see the results of all I plant but the future will enjoy what I do now. It is good to have a supplier with the knowledge of all the different area's where we are. I love the variety they provide. Yes, I am a tree Hugger! Johnnie
