Oct 28,2022On the website before you buy it states in the FAQ “our lab operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year” but when you do the test it tells you “any results received at our lab after midday on Friday may not be processed until the following Monday “! I nearly couldn’t fly because of this had to arrange and pay for another test. Update. After contacting the company they did, after some initial hesitation, offer a refund. Apparently, the web site information was incorrect and they will be correcting it.
