Tests4You are doing a great job. They are very helpful and talk you through the queries that you have. I read some of the reviews before purchasing and I must say that some people are not very good at giving positive feedback. I made a mistake with my registration and I think people need to own their mistakes and not blame the company. For example, how do you receive a result if you have not registered your sample? Thank you Tests4You for helping and supporting me.
Due to the busyness of the holidays there were some issues that delayed the test response to my sample. After contacting Tests4you they got back in contact with me, and sent me a belated result alongside a full refund and an apology. I appreciated the honest explanation, apology and refund, and would be happy to use their services again if need be.

We used at home PCR day 2 testing. The test was sent a few days after ordering, to the address we stayed at (keep this in mind if e.g. you're staying at a hotel in the UK). We mailed the results using royal mail and got our results back the next day. I also had a conversation with customer services on the status of our test and they were out and helpful. Overall great value for money and fast results, so I'd recommend Tests4you based on our experience!
I had an issue when I ordered my Covid tests. I sent an email to them and I received a call within about 2 hours from Peter. who dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. Brilliant customer service. Thank you
3 stars because I never received an email with order number (Plf number arrived straight away, used that instead of order number during registration), DPD delivered whilst away so still good as gold…got back on Sunday and did the test. We posted on Sunday and tracking info said it was delivered on Tuesday 6.34 am so well done Royal Mail. The first confirmation came 24 hours later ( sample received), result on Thursday morning early….so if you plan to hang around at home for a week then save yourself some money and use Tests4you. If you need to get back to work then book a much quicker service like Randox.

1st review: Useless! Did not include enough barcodes in testing kit. When they eventually sent my results email, the results form had not been completed, so I didn't know what the result was. I tried calling them but gave up after two waits of 30minutes+. I left a message for them to call me but they never did. 2nd review: Since I posted my first review Tests4You have been in touch and put matters right: (1) they apologised profusely for all the problems which I encountered (2) they sent through my test results (negative!) and (3) they have given me a full refund. So although the experience was not great, they have done their best to resolve the issues I had. All is forgiven.
