UPDATE: I received a follow up call from a manager who apologised, offered me a full refund and explained the information I was looking for to start with. Can't fault that customer service. Thank you. Whether or not I've realised to write down a tracking number (clearly my fault, life is manic at the moment), I don't expect a customer service person to say, and I quote "That's not the f**king point" and then spend 5 minutes telling me the instructions are simple and I've been asked "over and over again" (once in an email) for my tracking number. Bear in mind I had been nothing but polite up until this point. Anyway, 4 days later no result. Fab customer service... Yes I'm annoyed.
After researching a lot of test providers I selected Tests4You and was glad I did so. They offered good value (with a family deal for 4 tests), a clear website and a straightforward ordering process. In addition, when my holiday had to be cancelled they told me I could use the day 2 PCR tests I had ordered on a future holiday. Great news!

Booked a Day 2 on-site PCR test which was incredibly affordable and easy to do. I did not receive the Booking Reference number right away so I emailed. Response back with number was timely. Looking forward to using on many trips as excellent customer service!
I ordered a test that was supposed to be delivered on December 16th and they sent the test as promised on the exact right time as they said but dpd failed to deliver my test or said they delivered my test to the reception but then the reception said we didn’t accept it because we don’t accept covid tests. I called dpd to ask about my test but they didn’t help me but then Adam working with tests4you helped me an offered to send me a new test kit for free as a replacement for the one lost. I really recommend them for their good customer service
Booked a PCR test for Day 2 after arrival in UK and couldn't find the confirmation email - which you need for the Passenger Locator Form. Figured they would be crazy busy so i emailed both their contacts AND called. Phone was answered after about 5 minutes (at 7.15pm) and all sorted very quickly - and the fault was mine. Was dubious about using this company as it seems to be a fairly new player. However, everything was 100% professional. First off, this seems to be one of the only (cheaper) providers on gov.uk listing the true package cost which shows that they are honest. Package was delivered in really good time. Forms all relatively simple. Results delivered in really good time too. I'd previously used Randox, who I thought were a little dishonest as they didn't make it clear that you need to go to one of their dropboxes as opposed to using Royal Mail until it comes to posting. These sensible folk include the pre-paid Royal Mail mailing bag so another thumbs up. Can't fault it. Thank you!

*UPDATE* Test4You contacted me as a result of my below review to resolve this issue and they have done so satisfactorily, and I’m happy with the outcome. Clearly this is a company that cares about the service they provide and to correct any miscommunications. Thank you. I will defo use the company in the future. Thanks for sorting so quickly. Initial review: I ordered 2 PCR tests about 10pm at night, inserting my return as 21/12/21. I see after that they are closed from 23/12/21, so my test would sit at the lab until 2/01/22. I immediately emailed to cancel my order. Test4You replied saying I could return the tests if unused. I emailed back to say they hadn't been dispatched, so they could cancel the order. They ignored me for the rest of the day, despite sending numerous emails. They arrived in the post the next day - I'm furious as they clearly knew from my order number the items had not been dispatched, but proceeded to send them anyway. They should never have let the order go through knowing they are closed from 23/12/21-2/1/22 - am I suppose to isolate for all that time!!
Cheapest I could find out there but the service was spot on. Got results back in good time, definitely recommend.
