Jan 31,2022We ordered Day 2- Lateral Flow Tests from Tests4You. They arrived promptly and we used the codes to complete the PLF prior to our return to the UK. Once back and trying to register the tests we experienced some problems so telephoned the company. We spoke to a representative called 'Andrew'. He carefully and patiently talked us through the on-line process until we had completed it. He promised to process our tests quickly, to e-mail our certificated and check we had received them. He was as good as his word, patiently waiting till I found his e-mails in our junk folders. We were very impressed with his highest possible level of customer service.

Jan 31,2022The website for registering and uploading documents definitely has some technical issues. I have used the service twice and the site is not user friendly. For example one has to populate the test to release details even when not using test to release. However, the customer service is excellent. Jasper helped me by phone and email and the issue was resolved within minutes. He could not have been more helpful.
