Feb 04,2020This was a daunting move for us (from Chelmsford to Lincolnshire), we had lived at our current address for 19 years and have never used a removal company before. After looking at reviews, I contacted TFM for an estimate, after the initial visit and all contact after I did not feel the need to try anyone else, just had a really good feeling about TFM from the start and they did not disappoint. I seriously cannot recommend TFM enough. We opted to allow TFM to do all the packing and dismantling of beds/wardrobes for us which completely took away a significant amount of stress from the move for a very reasonable fee. Absolutely brilliant service from everyone at TFM, everyone was friendly, professional, respectful, tidy, prompt and the move went so smoothly because of their work. My utmost thanks to Ralph, Adam and all at TFM, we cannot thank you enough for making our move to a new home go so well. What a fantastic company to deal with.

Jan 25,2020I recently opted for the fully packed and loaded removal service for our move from Maldon to Chelmsford. The guys were super efficient, ensured I had oversight of the entire process and that everything was unloaded in the right place at the other end! Everything was not only efficient and well planned, but went ahead with no hitches and no breakages at the other end! Great service and would recommend to anyone to take advantage of the packing service!

Jan 14,2020Moving house should be one of the most stressful events in anyone’s life however I really have to say TFM made it so much more bearable. We decided to pay a little extra for packing and the dismantling, re-building of our beds. Our entire house (3 bed semi) was packed in a little short of 5 hours the day before we moved. At one point we had up to 7 men in the house and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at any point with all of them being polite, respectful of our home and efficient in what a they were doing. The day we moved they arrived on time and proceeded to pack the remaining items and load on the van in just short of 4 hours. I have to say i hope we never move again but if we did we would not hesitate to use TFM again. It is such a breath of fresh air to come across a company that has “their business” down to a fine art. Reasonable price too. Lovely removal guys with a calm and efficient presence at what can be a stressful time. Ralph in the office went the extra mile to fit me in and get us moved by Xmas.

Jan 07,2020I would whole heartedly recommend TFM removals. We used them for a fairly last minute move over Xmas and they were absolutely fantastic. I filled out the online enquiry form and received a call within the hour. Two hours later someone came round to inspect the house and size us up for boxes. The quote was back with me the next day with a price that was very reasonable. A couple of days later the boxes were delivered to us giving us more than enough time to pack. On the day of the move the guys arrived on time and were extremely quick at loading and unloading and made sure we were happy with where everything was going at the new house. All of our property was handled with care with no damage and no marks to walls etc at either property. The service levels from the team really are second to none, everybody at TFM is really friendly and professional and I felt very looked after throughout the whole process. They are a really good bunch of people and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Jan 06,2020We used Ralph and his team at TFM just before Xmas for our move from South Kensington to Chelsea. They turned a stressful (on our side!) situation into a straight forward one, with their "can do" attitude and lack of sharp intakes of breath. Nothing was too much trouble and no problem came without a solution. I would thoroughly recommend TFM for any moves that you may be thinking about in London.

Ralph manages the business with a very customer focussed attitude and the price was very competitive. Dec 28,2019I would highly recommend TFM. We’ve moved 6 times in the last 7 years both within England and internationally and the service was excellent. We had an excellent team of movers and they had a wonderful, respectful and friendly relationship with each other - this makes a big difference in my experience. It was one of the most relaxing moves I’ve ever done. I would rather use TFM again than any of the large international moving companies we have previously used. Ralph, the owner, is so friendly and kind too. I very much appreciated it when he called me two days before the move just to reassure me that they would be there and to tell me who was coming and at what time. In addition, my mother-in-law used TFM for their very complicated and stressful move and also couldn’t speak higher praises. Our whole family is very grateful for TFM!
