Dec 12,2019I have used this company twice now after it was first recommended to me. They explained everything from how to pack boxes correctly to what happens on the actual removal day itself. They never complained when I continually rang the office with questions or changed the move date. They made the stress of moving simple and each person I came in contact with was polite, friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Nothing at all was damaged on both moves and I would definitely use them again (although I don't plan to move house for quite some time).

Dec 11,2019Excellent friendly personalised service throughout. Loved the 'can do' attitude. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone happy to go that extra mile. At a stressful time, that makes all the difference. I especially appreciated the calmness of the delivery crew which had a knock on affect on me, so I could enjoy moving into my new home.

Did all they could to make our move as smooth as possible, just what you need during a stressful event like a house move. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble Very competitive re costs as well. Special shout to Colin ("Stat") who was with us on both the packing and move days. Really appreciate your positive attitude.

Nov 06,2019Friendly and professional staff. Had regular contact from day one of enquiring into storage. Staff are very accommodating and explain everything. Plus the prices are less than half the price of other storage companies! I paid for the removal service, and the two guys who came on the day, Colin And Josh, were brilliant. They turned up with smiles on their faces, knew exactly what they were doing, explained what they were doing, and took great care with my property, both in moving into the container as well as packing it into the container. I left confident my property would be in safe hands. Would definitely recommend this company.

Nov 05,2019These guys are fantastic. We have used the company for our last two moves. Our most recent move was, we thought, a big challenge, as our new home is a town house on 5 floors. The TFM team however worked so hard to move everything into the house quickly, efficiently and with no damage whatsoever to the property or our belongings. All the time the men were polite, friendly and thoughtful. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Their advice, flexibility and competitive pricing made them a pleasure to deal with and this was only surpassed by the fact that everything arrived at the other end without any damage whatsoever despite there being many fragile / glass items! Oct 22,2019From my initial enquiry to saying goodbye to the lads at my new home they didn’t put a foot wrong. Moving house is a stressful experience especially at my great age. It was a joy to watch the boys in action. Professionalism was the watchword. Nothing was too much trouble. The price was very reasonable too. Thanks are due to Ralph and his boys and girls for a perfect job.

Oct 14,2019Extremely helpful. We needed a few items of furniture moved from my Mum’s bungalow to a care home at short notice, which TFM fitted in at the end of their working day. Couldn’t have asked for more. Despite their long day the chaps were friendly, helpful and efficient. Fantastic service.

Stats, Nick and Kes efforts in making you feel at ease makes all the difference on a day that can be pretty stressful. I can wholeheartedly recommend TFM removals to anyone who wants to alleviate some of the stress of moving.

Absolutely faultless service from everyone involved - starting with Ralph and his family, Chloe in the office and every member of the TFM team. We continue to have mega stress in this household for many reasons over and above moving. However, everyone knows that moving alone can be an extremely stressful process and TFM managed to take a lot of the strain from us with helpful suggestions and a positive, caring attitude - to our possessions and to us. I’m so glad I did, everything went amazingly, the three lads that turned up were polite, well presented and carried out the work in a very professional manner, the move was completed quickly and without any fuss, nothing was too much trouble.
