Stats, Kes and Ralph were absolutely brilliant and we were amazed at how quickly and carefully they packed the container. We then hired man with a van for the rest of our move. We had the pleasure of Stats on this job. Again, so professional. Thank you to you all for taking the stress out of moving home!

Aug 04,2019We had five star service using them for storage while we redecorated. Communication was excellent and despite the hot weather Kes and Stats returned our furniture with care and attention. If we ever move house we would definitely use them knowing our furniture would be treated properly.

I just wish I had been able to use them for my move from Dorset to Essex and not just for storage and then removal to my new home. Jun 28,2019Couldn't be happier with the teams who worked on my move. The two guys who came to pack for me were so careful and helpful. They made sure everything was ready to go on moving day. They totally took the hassle out of fitting your life in to boxes and left me stress free and able to get on with everything else. Stats, Adam & Kes were excellent; they arrived early and made the entire moving day fuss-free. They were patient, good humoured and efficient, taking it all in their stride even when we arrived to find my vendors were still packing up. These guys are absolutely the best removals firm I've ever used. Definitely 5* plus.

Jun 28,2019A fantastic experience from beginning to end. From the moment I called to arrange a quote with TFM I knew I was in safe hands. Ralph took time to explain the importance of comparing BAR registered companies and the difference between those who are registered and those who aren’t. Throughout it genuinely felt like he was more bothered about us getting the right service than winning business. Based on our move - from three storey townhouse to a cottage down a very narrow road, Ralph recommended a phased approach - day one packing and loading of all non-essentials into a storage crate; day two loading of essentials (beds etc) and move to new house; day three delivery of the rest via a small van shuttle run. It made complete sense and seemed (and was) less stressful. We went with TFM despite this service being more expensive than other quotes. The team over the three days were awesome- they worked tirelessly and with good humour, never complaining about carrying wardrobes down three flights of stairs in 30 degree heat, nor moaning when nothing fit through the right door at the other end. Stats, Josh, Nick, Jamie and Steve (Pigeon) were brilliant. As was Chloe in the office and Ralph who is a consummate professional and a credit to his trade. Thank you TFM - we’re never moving again but if that changes you’ll be the first people we call!

Jun 19,2019Recently used TFM for our house move.. having heard good things from a family member who had used them few years ago I was still anxious to use a removal company as still worry if it will all go ok.. however TFM were absolutely brilliant! From having had difficulty with my exchange date and having to arrange the removal whilst I was on holiday Ralph was brilliant calling me back not to let me stress whilst I was away that they wouldn't be available for our date the following week, I really appreciated his patience with me confirming the date. As you can imagine finding out your moving house 2 days after holiday was full on trying to get everything sorted and rather stressful. Moving day was great, Adam and Nick arrived at 8am as promised and the lorry was fully loaded by 10:15am. The boys left to go to our new property whilst we finished up cleaning and were waiting outside for when we had received the keys.. They were so polite and friendly and didn't take them long to unload into the new house. Nothing was damaged and all furniture was put in rooms we had asked for. It really wouldn't have been as easy if we hadn't had Adam and Nick there and we can't thank them enough. Thank you everyone at TFM not just the removal men but Chloe also who was also great whenever I phoned her in a panic to speak with Ralph to confirm things. Would highly recommend!

Jun 19,2019Recently moved from Chelmsford to Bradwell-on-Sea. These guys were brilliant can’t recommend them enough for service, efficiency and price. Friendly, and hardworking made the move easy and stress free I would defiantly recommend this company to anyone. Ralph gave us lots of helpful tips for the local area as he knew it well we have since spoken to a neighbour who also said they used TFM Removals and were very happy when they moved.

Jun 15,2019Recently used TFM Removals to relocate from Chelmsford to Swindon. The move was from of a fourth floor flat with restricted access so TFM used a small van to transfer the load to a large van for the journey. The packaging materials supplied were good quality and spot-on in terms of quantity. The staff were very professional and really helpful and this went a long way to making the whole move as stress-free as possible! Would definitely recommend TFM.

May 29,2019I could not praise or recommend TFM more highly! I used TFM for my recent move, there was a huge problem getting my bed out of the house, they arrived at 8a.m. and weren't able to get the bed out until 5:30p.m. when a window was eventually removed, they then had to go to my new house to unload. There were no complaints from the removal guys and the boss Ralph even called to assure me that they would get me into my new house with my bed to sleep on however long it took! Fantastic service, you would be mad to go with anyone else!
