Feb 02,2024Absolutely brilliant experience with TFM Removals. From the initial quote through to the final moving day, nothing was too much trouble. The team packed our old house up with such care and our belongings were safely kept in their storage facility whilst we found our new home. The whole process was stress free and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TFM or use them again in the future.

Feb 02,2024TFM stepped in for us at the last minute, after a different company became fully booked. And TFM certainly stepped up. Hard working, polite and focussed staff, removal from the house was done quickly and efficiently. Then, at the other end, when there was a delay in completion, the same staff worked hard to unload so that we did not incur extra charges. Very well done.

Jan 30,2024TFM Moved us from Scotland to Southern Spain with a brief bit of storage in between. Process was well organised and executed, including the customs worries. TFM were not the cheapest available but it was worth paying more to have peace of mind and have regular updates on the move. All our things arrived on time and intact packed and delivered by two different teams who were friendly and respectful.

Jan 20,2024Due to a house move and downsizing we had one and a half storage containers of furniture and household memorabilia with TCM which had been stored with them for several years and which we had put off clearing as the thought of doing it was really daunting. When we eventually got round to clearing it Ralph and his team made the process seem easy , even though it probably wasn't, by advising and guiding us through it step by step. Ralph arranged the disposal of unwanted furniture and the delivery of items we wanted to keep. It was a really professional service and we would highly recommend TCM to anyone in a similar position.

Jan 06,2024I highly recommend TFM Removals who moved our home a few weeks ago. The team were all so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They took large pieces of furniture apart and refitted them back again at the new home. They covered carpets at both ends and were very professional and clearly experienced. Great company.

Ralph was always so helpful and supportive throughout the process and was able to offer solutions when our moving date changed to earlier than anticipated. Sarah in the office was always so helpful and the removal team were excellent especially Sophia and Stats. Highly recommend TFM 😄

Dec 23,2023This was, if I'm correct, the FOURTH time TFM have moved me, and this time it was a biggie, from Essex to Northumberland. I also took the option of having them pack for me, which lets face it is serious hard work on top of the basic stress and worries of a house move, and the packing was well planned and everything arrived safe and sound and undamaged. The guys went over the top to make sure all my worldly goods arrived well packed and safe ..... and on the packing day they managed, as planned, a part load, making the day of the move far easier. The packing alone was worth every penny. And speaking of costs, the full bill was, for me, worth every penny too. My follow up phone calls after the Truck had left and the next day, were happily received and helpfully sorted ...... I'd stupidly mislaid some important paper work and Ralph was able to tell me exactly which box, with what coloured top, I could find it in, and he was absolutely right. Thanks for that. From Ralph & Sarah in the office, and Josh heading the hard working hands-on team ..... Value and confidence all the way. My thanks and my recommendations.

We had complete confidence in them and would definitely recommend and use them again.
