Jun 03,2024Absolutely lovely and very professional team. From Ralf quoting and Sarah following up with all the paperwork to Josh, Nick and Sophie doing the move, it went exactly as planned. The team were so polite, helpful and careful we were absolutely thrilled. My husband who has moved often in his life said the team were the best he’s ever worked with. And that’s true praise from the grumpy Frenchman! Thank you.

The team were exceptionally helpful and careful moving all our belongings and not a single problem from start to finish. All our boxes and furniture were placed exactly where we wanted it to go. I would thoroughly recommend TFM to anyone thinking of moving home.

Carpets were well covered to avoid footprints and we were supplied with plenty of boxes and wrapping material in advance. Very well organised and customer focused. We would definitely recommend TFM Removals to friends and family.

Taking a lot of time to protect woodwork and brickwork before moving anything and took the same care over our belongings as they would have their own. Highly recommended.

Apr 20,2024We used TFM for our recent big move, which including consolidating items both in our temporary house and a storage unit. From the first contact I was confident that TFM would do a great job, and they definitely delivered! They were highly professional, help and advice was given at every stage, nothing was too much trouble, and the move went very smoothly despite poor weather. I would highly recommend using TFM for your move, and if we ever do again and it is logistically sensible we would use again. In comparison to other companies we had contacted they seemed far more focused on providing a great service at a very fair price, rather than selling on being the cheapest possible, which when you are moving your treasured possessions should be the approach. They came and inspected all items to be moved and there were no nasty surprises, which I am confident we would have had with some of the other moving firms. A big thank you to Ralph, Adam, Stats, and the rest of the team (sorry I am hopeless with names)!
