On the day the team were very calm, efficient and reassuring, especially as there was alot of hanging around for access. Highly recommend TFM, a big thank you.

The sales process was not pushy, the company were really honest about what the best options might be and seemed genuinely interested in getting the most suitable option for us, even if it wasn't with them. They came highly recommended and I we are very glad we used them, thank you!

Mar 03,2024From the initial contact with Ralph and staff at the office to the estimate to the moving itself carried by Josh and the the team nothing was too much trouble.They went the extra mile kept lubricated by tea and coffee but they needed it never stopped. Can't thank them enough nor recommended them highly enough personal service with attention from start to Finnish worthy of my 5stars

Mar 01,2024We contacted TFM to help with moving a stone resin bath, from the garage to a first floor bathroom we were renovating. It was a difficult job as there was very limited clearance, and the bath was too heavy for 2 people to carry safely (85.5kg) From the start the team were very helpful, Ralph was always available on the phone and was extremely good about following up on the work. The bill was fair and the whole process was very easy. For the job itself the team did great work. They turned up at the time they said and spent a lot of time protecting the relevant surfaces in the house and the bath which was fragile. They managed to get it up the stairs and into the final spot without even brushing against any of the walls or other obstacles, which I was really impressed with. And the team were friendly and professional throughout Overall they did a really great job and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for doing a specific item move like this, or a full house move, and we will definitely use again in the future
