The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.

They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.

The day of delivery there was a problem with 2 of the chairs but staff were amazing and made sure we had 4 chairs to sit on for Christmas and then arranged delivery of the 2 chairs we has ordered after the new year. Will definitely use them again.

Ordered a large piece of garden furniture and had issues very late at night with the payment. I sent an urgent email that night and first thing in the morning, Chris called me to reassure and advise next steps. They were clear on delivery, kept their word on letting me know exactly when by calling back the day before delivery. The lads who delivered were just lovely too. Total 5 star! Thanks so much to all the team - I will be back.

I was a little Disappointed of the price of the sofa. as a friend got a leather 2 seater and a chair both reclining. for £500. just over a year ago From you. they recommend you. but we still like the sofa. but ii we bought the Chair as well it would of cost us £700 at least.
