The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.
Our wide range of Garden Furniture sets us appart from the competition where we have 1000's of items available and 100's on display across our three stores. Feb 06,2025We went to the Mexborough showroom today and was looked after by Rob. It was immediately clear that all the furniture on display was of a very high quality. We bought a Large Bookcase and a Large Media unit. The price was extremely competitive and the service was first class. If you don't see what you're after just ask because they have loads of options in their catalogue. Wish I'd visited this place before I'd ordered our suite I would have saved a fortune.

The store was easy to access and on delivery the two men were fast , well mannered and fun . My 4 seater settee and chair are beautiful and more than I expected . Would definitely use it again

Feb 01,2025A little dubious about using the Clearance Zone as the outside frontage a bit off putting but they had some lovely furniture. Bought a suite but wasn't told it wouldn't fit through a normal front door so it had to go back. Went and picked a different one which was delivered in 2 weeks. Despite this I have given 5 stars because the staff where amazing and really helped to sort the situation. Both sets of delivery guys were also amazing, 1st lot really trying to get the suite in and second for delivering and putting it together. The suite is really comfy and was reasonable price. Would definitely use Clearance Zone for any other furniture I need

Feb 01,2025Easy experience from start to finish. Tested out what we had in mind in the show room, lots of information given. Helpful staff with no pestering or following. When we wanted to order the process was fast and efficient. When asked about delivery date we were asked what date we wanted. They rang the day before to confirm a 2 hour arrival slot and arrived on time. Carried everything in with care by 2 friendly delivery men. They set it all up where we wanted it and were in and out like a cool breeze. They removed all packaging, confirmed that we were happy. Very happy with the furnature and the service. Spot on would use again.
