The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.

Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.

Excellent company to buy from. Was a little apprehensive to make a large purchase online without seeing it first. Rang the sales number in first instance to ask about the Rattan corner dining set and spoke to a lovely lady who gave me all the info about it I asked for..... even down to checking the feet were silver! I then made the purchase with her over the phone and received an immediate receipt for the deposit I had paid via email. Communication regarding FREE delivery was great too..... just as I had been told, 2 days before the delivery date given at time of order I got a phone call to say the goods were ready for delivery and to confirm date and time. On the day two guys arrived ahead of time and set up the furniture in place in the garden. They took away all of the packaging too which is a big help. In fact they were so tidy they accidentally took away a small box with all the rubbish that contained the clips to tie the corner units together! We contacted Clearance Zone and they again were so helpful and sent out some replacement clips 1st class post which we received a couple of days later. To add to all this, the furniture is exactly as shown in their pictures, without any damage or imperfections, and at a great price too !! We certainly saved at least £400 on the same furniture selling elsewhere. Can’t ask for any more than that and will certainly use this company again.

We purchased a Oxford Royal Corner Fire Pit from The Clearance Zone and the service we received was 1st Class. I cannot recommend this company more, from the sales guys to the delivery team. No pushy salesmen, just honest advice and they delivered on everything they promised. They were the only company we could find who would build and take away the packaging for us which was a great help as we didn’t need to do a thing. Thank you for the great service!

We bought an 8 seater circular table, with chairs, cushions, ice bucket, lazy Susan & parasol and love them all. The customer service is first class, delivery was very quick and the drivers were extremely helpful and friendly. So pleased with our furniture that we then bought a sofa, 2 matching chairs and coffee table. Waiting for a sale to get the bar set next! Cannot fault this company and would highly recommend them.

Ordered garden furniture online. Received confirmation email to say that we would receive a call within 48 hours of purchase to arrange delivery. A week later, I emailed them to chase as we had heard nothing. and I received a response to say that it is actually out of stock and the order has been cancelled. Very disappointed as we could have ordered from other outlets on the original purchase date and now they are not able to deliver until September so we missed out. Will not be using again.

We purchased their Mazerattan Texas garden dining set and I have to say it absolutely exceeded our expectations. Very good quality product and complete value for money. The customer service was equally brilliant and we couldn't fault it. They delivered and assembled the dining set and removed the packaging as promised. I would definitely recommend Clearance Zone if you are looking for high quality at an affordable price.

I ordered a table and the ice bucket was missing. It is lockdown, so my call went to voicemail. However, they got back to me within minutes and arranged for one to be sent from the supplier immediately. Customer service is next to none and I love our new table. It is a Maze rattan with a glass top. They even gave me a free parasol.
