The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.

Great competitive prices, free delivery & build charge of only £30 was greatly appreciated! We love our new items in our 1st ever home & can't wait to revisit to look around again - we plan to get the matching armchair to the sofa too! Definitely recommend this company! 😀👍🏼

Dec 29,2024The sofa arrived on time but unfortunately the plug was broken so the recliners didn't work. Iwas told I would receive a phone call to resolve the matter but didn't. I called into the shop 2 days later and the matter was resolved within a few hours and the sofa was mended after 2 days.

Dec 26,2024Wrong sofa ordered by sales person, configuration also, reordered correct one so then had to wait another 3 weeks. On the other hand, the delivery men were brilliant, We weren't advised of the need to measure the doorways as corner sofa middle piece is wider than normal, the door had to be removed in order to get the sofa in. Delivery men were polite and respectful of our property. Couldn't ask for more from them.

Everything was smooth about the purchase and the bed and mattress was delivered on time.
