The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.

People are very quick to complain these days but don’t take the time to compliment! Just wanted to compliment you as a company for your outstanding customer service from start to finish of me ordering this furniture. Brandon was very helpful when I ordered the goods and then on Friday afternoon the delivery team were exceptional! A total credit to your business, they were professional, courteous, helpful and extremely polite. Thanks so much for an exceptional service throughout and beautiful, quality furniture. Apr 11,2023Really simple process with excellent staff. Ordered over the phone with Chris who was very efficient and pleasant. Ordered in January when a deal was on but as it was still winter, they happily agreed to store the garden furniture in the warehouse until I wanted it delivered. I was able to ring at the end of March and arrange for next day delivery. Delivery men was lovely and went above and beyond to make sure the furniture was set up correctly and explained the features. Really lovely process. Would definitely recommend. Thank you The Clearance Zone 👍🏼

Mar 03,2023Purchased a large oak hall storage unit with baskets, which was also advertised elsewhere at between £60 and £130 more expensive. Communication both before and after purchase was excellent, and the delivery (which had 2 guys unload, unpack, check and take away waste) was first class (and for only £10!) Item in perfect condition, and I would highly recommend.

Dec 30,2022Bought 4 chairs and dining table online. Received a call with apology that table was not in stock. They loaned me an alternative until in stock. Delivered new table before Christmas. Assembled it and took on loan one away. Delivery guys were excellent cleared all the packaging away. Brilliant service all round

Dec 02,2022Good choice, good price. Salesman followed us about and pressurised a little too much😒. Charged £30 delivery! Later we saw on Facebook that delivery is free if you spend over £600. We spent £1550 !!

Nov 30,2022"Promises are like babies: easy to make, hard to deliver.” Not clearance prices at all and disgracefully refused to honor their price match promise! for another legitimate supplier, telling lies to get more money out of you for the exsact same inferior product, but what's new in this day and age when you need eyes in the back of your head, than they very rudely hang the phone up on you while you are talking after chasing them for a week and then I discovered after my enquiry on there website that they even had the nerve to put the price up by £50 on the sofa set which they promise to price match?, I got nothing but dishonesty while trying to deal with them, would not recommend at all, shame, there is no greater fraud than a broken word.

Aug 10,2022Bought two very large round patio tables and chairs from this company and let me tell you the service was five stars from the time we ordered to the time we had delivery ! The delivery drivers were brilliant could not do enough for us and took all the cardboard and packaging away with them , I believe the company is based in Hull Iam in overstrand Norfolk so some distance indeed but that didn’t stop them from delivering within 48hrs absolutely outstanding. Would not hesitate to recommend to one and all.

Jun 26,2022This company advertised the garden set we were looking at, they offered a good price, free delivery and a showroom where you could visit. Visited their Bradford showroom last week, really helpful, no pushy salesman. just left to look round in our own time. Bought a Maze Winchester 2 seater sofa with 2 chairs and coffee table and we are delighted. The seat height is very good if you are tall and the quality excellent. Communication for delivery was brilliant and the delivery men were polite and helpful. Cannot fault at all.

Apr 01,2022First time used these. Thoroughly professional service. Not pushy in store, you can take your time and they don't follow you about!! Just received delivery of a 3 and 2 seater "Cologne" in Mink - its beautiful- and for a very reasonable price. Delivery guys were chatty and friendly, set it up and took all packaging. They ring you day before AND driver rings to say "on way!" Everybody we dealt with was helpful and friendly. Will definitely shop there again, highly recommended!!

Oct 17,2021I ordered a new & boxed sideboard, when delivered it was faulty. A replacement was requested & delivery was scheduled after 2 emails & 4 phone calls, this replacement was checked over before dispatch by the boss. When delivered it was the ex display sideboard, this was not what I ordered. It had marks & scratches as you would expect from a display item. When putting our things in it a staple scratched me that had missed the wood it was supposed to be fixing & the sharp points had been left sticking out. Overall very disappointed.

Jul 11,2021Very pleased with my purchase from Hull clearance zone. The staff at the shop were very helpful in showing all the different models they had and working out prices for us. Not pushy or in face but when approacghed happy to help. Also the delivery men were fantastic. They took the furniture out the packaging for me and took packaging away (saved me several skip visits) and also they took the furniture to the room for me. one mior negative - i was told 3 weeks for delivery but it actually took 5 weeks.

May 28,2021Very good experience with Clearancezone. They price matched some garden furniture and included an extra cover. When I was missing plastic connectors for the furniture I contacted them and they dealt with it very promptly and the items were with me in a couple of days. Will definitely shop with them again.
