The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.
Our wide range of Garden Furniture sets us appart from the competition where we have 1000's of items available and 100's on display across our three stores. Each of these sets qualify for FREE DELIVERY, ASSEMBLY AND REMOVAL OF PACKAGING - which is a brilliant service and our drivers receive amazing feedback.

May 21,2024Kyle and Mike were very helpful in the Barnsley store, doing what they could to assist on delivery days. I ordered a relaxing bistro set for myself and one for my mum, great furniture solid and lightweight. Also gone back for more garden furniture and parasols. The staff remembered us and did what they could to accommodate.

May 21,2024We would highly recommend buying from Mexborough Clearance Zone. The whole experience, from walking in, to the delivery of our garden furniture was excellent. We had great, friendly and helpful customer service from Graham. The delivery lads were also brilliant. We have used the after sales to resolve a minor issue, which I'm pleased to say was resolved straight away without any problems or delay. We are very happy customers, who will certainly be shopping there again.

May 17,2024Fantastic Service and Great Quality! Michael at the Mexborough store was very helpful. I liked the easy no pressure feel to looking round the Mexborough store. Some lovely things in. The garden furniture we had is fantastic and I cannot wait to start using it. All we need now is a bit of sun 🙏 quality is fabulous. I was given a delivery date and told that they’d call the day before to arrange a time slot which they did and the delivery guys turned up within the time slot given and put everything together for us! Lovely chaps and great service. I wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you for a positive shopping experience.
