The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.

They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.

I called in the day before to make final payment and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. It was delivered the next day and again really professional and friendly and I love my sofa. Would recommend to anyone.

May 25,2024Great experience again with this company after using a few times over the lasts 3 years. Lovely garden furniture. Guys are always so friendly when they come and set everything up. The thing that sets them apart is if you have any issues at all is their customer service which is excellent and you are made to feel they will do anything as a priority to sort things out so you always feel in good hands. I would not hesitate to recommend them on and have done a few times already.
