The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.

Apr 10,2024After being treated very badly by another retailer in Hull we visited The Clearance zone, a good selection, we made our choice and purchased two reclining chairs. This was late afternoon on the Thursday, Friday morning the chairs were delivered. I challenge anyone to provide better service than that.

Apr 09,2024Went to the shop in Mexbourgh on a friends reccomendation. The staff werw very helpful and didnt hassle you. They were there if you needed advice or to answer any questions. We ended up buying the Finsbury Double Bed with steel ottaman base. Was told about 2-3 weeks for delivery and the bed arrived 3 weeks from date of purchase. Great. We paid £30 for delivery and assembly of the bed. The 2 men who delivered were very polite and assembled the bed and gave us a few instructions how to use the metal storage base. Fantastic. . The bed itself is beautiful. It seems very big and the storage space is plentiful. Only had the bed a short time but looks great. Overall this was a great buy and the staff made it all an easy and pleasent transaction. Thanks

Apr 02,2024Amazing store with quality items at a fantastic price. We were absolutely amazed by our new dining table and sofa!! The Bradford store had so much to choose from. Ajaz was so helpful, very knowledgeable about all the products and helped us pick our perfect sofa. He wasn’t pushy, just there when we needed him. Ajaz went over and above for us, checking to see if he could get the sofa for us any quicker as we were moving into our first home with no furniture. He managed to contact the supplier and find out it was in stock and it was delivered within a week. The men who delivered our furniture were also very helpful and friendly. They did a superb job and tidied up after themselves. Could not be happier with our new furniture. Thank you so much.
