The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.
Our wide range of Garden Furniture sets us appart from the competition where we have 1000's of items available and 100's on display across our three stores. Each of these sets qualify for FREE DELIVERY, ASSEMBLY AND REMOVAL OF PACKAGING - which is a brilliant service and our drivers receive amazing feedback.

Mar 11,2024the staff are great . they are very helpful and don’t bother you and let you take your time . which i realy like . unlike some furniture stores . who follow you round the store which drives me mad and i walk out the store straight away .and i didn’t have to pay for delivery either . again like most furniture stores you have to pay for delivery .I would recommend this store to everyone . great quality and low prices .

Mar 10,2024The guys in the shop where really lovely so was the delivery drivers the reason for my 3stars is 1 my headboard was wrong but stuck with it anyway and 2 both the mattresses are like sleeping on a slab . I went into the shop tested the mattresses 3 times and even explained what i wanted so ive had to get mattresse toppers and still its not good
