Any training delivered by Pam at The Coaching Academy is invaluable, and her experience, knowledge, and expertise in the confidence niche truly support a great learning experience. I would recommend this course for those coaches at the end of the diploma or fully qualified coaches, as foundational knowledge and skills are essential. Although this is a niche training, I think all coaches would benefit from this professional or personal development.

Mar 15,2025By the conclusion of the sessions, I found myself experiencing information overload due to the sheer volume of material presented. It felt a bit overwhelming, and I believe I would have absorbed more if the information had been distributed over an extended timeframe. Additionally, I found the constant chat options for questions and comments rather distracting. While I was attempting to concentrate on the speaker, the chat messages kept rolling in, causing me to glance over occasionally to ensure I didn’t miss any important updates.

Mar 07,2025An enjoyable overview (with lots of practical hands-on experience) introducing a variety of leading coaching frameworks and methodologies. Kiki was a very good trainer, and there was an awful lot of content packed in! The module was delivered via Zoom over 3 evenings (8 hours total!). The flexibility provided by being able to complete modules in any order is super convenient. For this module, I felt - as a new starter - a deeper 'working' familiarity with the TCA favoured GROW model (as a comparison point) would have made the many concepts presented in the alternative models easier to grasp. I'm looking forward to experimenting with many of them as a coach.

Mar 18,2025The Bus Diagnostics facilitator was excellent, I really enjoyed this session. I have given 4 stars as the time was too short to go through the models in this module. We didn't go through them all, and I feel it would have been beneficial to have this with more time and over two days rather than just one.
