May 07,2024I have been on the life coaching course since December and so far finding it very interesting. The topics are well chosen and the accelerator sessions are very engaging. It took me a few months to get around understanding what this course requires. Once i got my head around it, I started feeling more positive and with reciprocal coaching in place I now feel that I have chosen the right course.

Apr 24,2024The Practicalities module was a mine of information. It covered everything from how to do an intake session, observing the host coaching and practicing coaching in pairs, (great for networking), through to discussion around insurance and other regulations to consider when setting up a business. I found it really fascinating meeting other students who were at various stages of their journey and picking up hints and tips from them. It was fasted paced module I've experienced yet, so make sure you have plenty of paper to hand to make notes as there is a LOT to take in and no breaks to grab more supplies. There is a huge amount of food for thought that you might want to revisit and follow up on when you are ready to begin starting up your business. Very useful indeed. Thank you TCA!

Even though the content might seem full on-if you follow the guidance and structure suggested by the Coaching Academy and schedule everything-it is possible to get everything done in 9 months. Also always great timely support from the support team. Looking forward to setting up my coaching practice !

Apr 06,2024A great learning and transforming experience is how I describe my journey with TCA. The live webinars were well conducted by knowledgeable trainers who were friendly and warm creating a conducive learning environment. Breakout room interaction during the Module and Peer to Peer sessions were invaluable. The Support team was always helpful and responded to my quires quickly, I left supported. Working through the course workbooks and setting goals for myself was incredible helpful and stimulating, it encouraged me to think, reflect and act. All the material on the OLP added much value to the course. The Mentors were all very supportive and kind. Forming connection with fellow trainees for study groups and support was priceless. It meant that I never felt alone on my journey as I was able shared and learned through reciprocal coaching . The continued improvement on the OLP and the Peer to Peer sessions along with the pre-sessions videos is brilliant. I received meaningful feedback from Practical Assessments that could be implemented for growth and development of my coaching skills. When I looked back at my PDJ I got a clear picture of my growth and development in confidence and skills. A well formulated Coaching programme which undoubtedly results in great coaches once trainees applies themselves and follow the instructions. Overall it has been an amazing life transforming journey for me which has benefited my loved ones and those in my circle. I am truly grateful to have been a part of TCA! I will never be the same again! I want to express my sincere and heartfelt gratitude to every member of the TCA team. Thank you!

Mar 25,2024This session encompassed 6 hours of training with breaks every 2 hours, delivered in an engaging and motivational way with plenty of opportunities to practice in a way that was comfortable and built my confidence in my ability to apply what I was I was learning. And it was great to mix with and share experience with other student / coaches taking the diploma The training that I am receiving with The Coaching Academy is in my view of the highest professional standard.

May 10,2024This was completely long winded with no structure over the 3 nights that this training took place! Was all over the place I lost concentration and felt that this was a Q&A show instead of interacting and sticking to the main areas that we were suppose to learn very overwhelming and just literally all over the place I felt drained after each session
