Any order may be cancelled within 4 days from receipt of goods and goods must returned within 10 days of cancellation. In order that we can issue a full refund, goods should be returned in an unworn/unused condition, complete with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Absolutely delighted with my stag antler coasters, a present to myself, to stop the red wine stains on the tablecloths... dining room table overuse this Christmas with too many young 'uns and their young, young 'uns!!! Excellent company and I highly recommend them.

Ordered on a Wednesday and as nothing had arrived by the following Wednesday I telephoned them and they promised a call back in half an hour. No call back but received an e-mail the following day to say they had just dispatched it that day ( a week later than when my order was placed). I wonder when it would have arrived had I not chased them?
