I was confused about which ethical wellies to get. I also suffer with chronic neuropathic pain with any form of vibration including putting my feet to the ground. So I need a good sole. But I do have a limited budget. I spoke with Craig at Country catalogue who was immensely helpful. I ended up ordering Gumleaf Norse Welly boot but Craig said they would work till we got it right. Right first time. Very happy! But they are not navy but a lovely deep blue!

When the Post Office lost my order The Country Catalogue were excellent about replacing it, keeping me fully updated of progress as they awaited a re-stock. Excellent service from the company, not so much from the Post Office.

I contacted the shop as after a week my order hadn’t arrived. I explained one of the items was for my dads birthday present and he offered an alternative item for the other item that was out of stock. Craig was very helpful and I received my order the next day. Very good customer service, thank you.
