The decanter is absolutely gorgeous and although it arrived late, once I notified The Country Catalogue the customer service was exceptional. I received a daily update in my order right up to the actual day the decanter was delivered. The reason for the delay was due to Brexit and Covid restrictions, which is understandable, where The Country Catalogue shine is the after sales service they provide, I have not had such amazing service and because of this I would highly recommend this company.
