Feb 04,2025I had a pair of diamond earrings, bought as a birthday present in August 2023. I lost one of the screw backs sometime that year. I was unable to find a suitable replacement and so after about another 6 months, I contacted The Diamond Store, who arranged for the earrings to be returned. Once they had inspected the earrings, a new back was made and returned, all free of charge. Couldn't ask for more. Excellent service and would recommend.
