Jan 31,2025I received my first order from The Diamond Store. The customer service is the best I have ever had. From I placed the order to receiving it, they emailed me with updates. When it arrived I was totally surprised by the way it was packaged. It was in a box, then inside a gift bag, inside one ring box then another. It also included a small pouch, my receipt and a certificate of value. The ring itself is excellent quality and just as it was described. I will definitely recommend The Diamond Store and will be reordering.

Jan 31,2025My order delivery was late. The website let me order Size R ring and promised next day delivery. I also paid the next day delivery. However then I got email from the store that the rings to be made. So I had to wait. The next delivery date was 25th Jan and they also failed to deliver at that time. The ring arrived on 30th Jan. On top of everything, the most disappointing thing is the ring doesn't meet the expectation. As the video and picture of the ring shows the diamond part is around the both side but on my ring the diamond part cuts off the sides and anyone looking on the side can actually see the ring band. Whereas on the video the ring band is only visible from the side. Also the height of the ring seems less than the video.

Jan 31,2025So far, I've had 2 interactions with Customer service where I had to return a ring and when the ring I ordered was out of stock. I believe the team is doing very well with handling issues, they notified me quickly via when my order was out stock and resolved the issue promptly. I think the team provides good quality customer support and I am glad they do especially customers are buying expensive fine jewellery. The last thing we need is to worry about our orders. Thank you for all your help.

Jan 30,2025The ordering process was relatively easy. Due to the need for an oversized ring, it was slightly longer than it might have otherwise been but that has to be weighed against the need to get the right size. I believe that, on one of the pages during ordering or once the order had been placed there was a commitment on the part of the seller to provide updates on progress of the order "every few days". That didn't happen - it was up to me to email after 3 weeks to see what was happening - the online "tracking" of the order was very unhelpful in this respect. It was interesting to hear that the rings had been sent for checking on a certain date almost 3 weeks before asking for an update. At that same time I was told that I would be told when they were despatched. The very next day, I had a text message from the carrier to say that they had the parcel and would let me know when it was out for delivery. A case of the right hand not knowing what the left was doing! The rings themselves are brilliant and just what we wanted. It's a shame that the "customer care" is not up to the same high standard.
