The delivery is poor. The product is fine but would advise against getting anything from them as use DPD.

This company is a bunch of thieves running a shoddy scam! I bought a ring for my wife as an anniversary gift, and within THREE DAYS it was tarnished and discolored – absolute garbage. I contacted them in September 2024 for a refund. They sent a return label, and after two weeks of radio silence, I chased them up. Their WhatsApp "customer service" (and I use that term very loosely) told me the ring was "under review." Fast forward three more weeks, still nothing. More messages, more empty promises of "getting back to me." It's now been FIVE MONTHS, and I'm still fighting for my refund. This is clearly a scam operation. Their "customer service" is non-existent, the product is cheap junk, and they happily take your money and run. Don't waste your time or money on these con artists. The only way I'd ever consider changing my mind is if they actually refunded me, but I'm not holding my breath. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Don't purchase a pendant with one of there chains supplied with it !!! I purchased a Diamond Cross pendant, it came with a Vermeil Gold chain. The last time I purchased a pendant was a Diamond and Emerald heart and the Vermeil chain broke shortly after wearing it. So this time I paid £ 75 extra to have it supplied with a 9K Gold chain thinking it would be stronger as I didn't trust another Vermeil chain. However within 4 weeks of wearing the pendant the chain broke and the Diamond cross was nearly lost. I would not purchase another pendant of any kind that comes with a chain supplied from the Diamond store. The quality of the cross is very good, it's just a shame about the chains they supply, it's not worth losing a expensive pendant.

Reasonable price, delivered within 24 hours, can wrapped in a lovely box etc. with it being diamonds it also can with a certificate of authentication, superb

Ordered a beautiful ring which arrived really quickly. The ring was lovely, great quality but unfortunately I had the size wrong. It was too big. I returned the ring for a refund which has all been done very promptly. I was always kept informed of the process. Now I know size I will definitely order again.

Ordering process very easy and frequent updates for delivery. Delivery was on time with a customer code (DPD) for an extra layer of security. I needed to contact a customer service agent during my order and I received a prompt response on a saturday evening and again on sunday morning. This exceeded my expectations. This is my first order with The Diamond Store London and I am delighted. I will definitely buy from here again.

Just the most awful experience, as advertised next day delivery which did not happen, I received an email telling me they were dealing with it! I complained & received another email telling me they were dealing with it! Phoned today to be told it will be a 4 week delivery, I have cancelled. I wish I had read the Trust pilot reports 1st. My heart is in my mouth now to see if the actual refund arrives!
