Excellent service, with the product I ordered online arriving in plain packaging and in good time. What wasn't ideal was my other half having her break from work when the delivery came, but that's a DPD issue!
The diamond store has helped me pick out a perfect birthday present for my wife. They have a great selection of jewellery, but I knew what I wanted as soon as I saw it. Ordered an item for an engagement, was meant to be delivered a few days before a weekend away, called the courier multiple times with assurances it would arrive on the day, it did not. Got in contact the next day. The courier said it hasn't been scanned again so to raise an enquiry with the seller. Spoke with them and they have raised an investigation, their responsiveness at first was shocking, but I am now 8 working days, 12 days after raising this and still no further forward. I have to wait for their courier DPD to complete their investigation before I am issued a refund. It should not be on me the customer to bare the burden of being out of pocket or item because of the stores 3rd party, it's an outdated policy that needs rectifying. I've asked for a call to resolve this nothing. I am not asking for much, I want my refund and you can take this up with DPD for them failing to deliver my item. Judging by recent reviews it seems they have gone downhill considerably and if I had looked at these beforehand I would not have ordered from here. Please give me my refund so I can buy my engagement ring somewhere else, the amount of stress this is causing me is unbareable.
The whole ordering process was really easy and when there were problems the sales team informed me quickly and gave me guidance on choosing an alternative ring. The ring arrived promptly and is a perfect fit. The ring itself is beautiful and a lovely design which is hard to find in shops for an affordable price.

Product clasp ineffective, after sales service appalling - they lie and lie and lie. They tell us they have despatched a replacement chain. It never arrives. They then say it will be despatched. It never does. This has been ongoing for a month. Do not go near this company -they are impossible to deal with - and are brazenly dishonest... UPDATE- eventually got the replacement- BUT ONLY DUE TO SIGNIFICANT PERSISTENCE
Prompt delivery for one of the order but the sapphire looked completely different to what’s advertised on the website. I have sent the ring back for the refund . For the 2nd order , the ring showed it was in stock , but after placing an order , received an email saying it’s out of stock and will take 4-6 weeks for the shipping.

Jan 23,2025Be very careful. I purchased an engagement ring prior to Xmas and as my partner thought it was slightly to big she took it to a reputable jewellers to possibly resize. The jewellers like I was, was completely shocked to see that the ring wasn’t hallmarked. This is a legal requirement and I was absolutely shocked when I contacted the company only to be told that they sent a number of rings out before xmas like this without hallmarks to meet the Xmas delivery times! I tried to sort this with the company and even after speaking to a manager they had no urgency to sort this and I lost complete confidence in the quality of the ring and the company. Full refund requested and received. I would never of known if I hadn’t gone to resize the ring. Please check the hallmarking if you chose to use this company.
